Luoyang, China -- Longmen Grottoes in Luoyang, central China's Henan Province, Sept. 19, 2006. The UNESCO world heritage site has been replacing metal fences which prevented tourists from watching the ancient grottoes from a close distance with new stone fences prior to the upcoming tourist peak during the National Day holidays.
