On Aug 3, Ven. Jigwan Sunim, Executive Director of Administration of the Jogye Order of Korean Buddhism along with 29 attendants visited Cypress Forest Zen Temple in Hebei Province of China. Ven. Minghai welcomed them at the Main Gate of the temple. Ven. Jigwan Sunim and his attendants paid homage to Zhaozhou Stupa and the magnificent Ten-Thousand Buddhas Hall.

Then they came to the famous Finger Pointing Moon Hall, and welcomed by Ven. Jinghui. They intimately talked about the long-term friendship in Buddhism between China and Korea, after the conversion, they exchanged souvenir.

Although Ven. Jigwan Sunim is 75 old this year, his easy-going and humorous character impressed others deeply. At noon, Korean guests left Cypress Forest Zen Temple with joy. [Translator: Wang Xinyu  Translated from: news.fjnet.com]   [Translator: Wang Xinyu]
