But nearly 200 million funds are needed.</SPAN></FONT></P>

Xindian, Ven.&nbsp; Xinde in Shanghai gave suggestions and they have already transmitted relative information to Ven.&nbsp;Kok Kong, president of the Hong Kong Buddhist Association.</FONT></SPAN></P>
