Xi'an, China -- On May 10, 2006, fourfold-assembly of Buddhist disciples got together at Xingjiao Monastery to celebrate Abbot Ven. Changming for his 90 Birthday. Although Ven.  Changming was 90 years old, but he still have great strength to instruct disciples through speak Dharma.

Ven. Changming set himself an example to others, guiding disciples practice constantly, restoring the regulations of monastery. Besides dealing with various affair and activities in monastery, Ven. Changming visits foreign countries frequently, making effort in world peace, enhancing the Buddhist friendship and the cultural exchange in Buddhism. Till now, he has thousands of disciples and lay followers all over the world, and Xingjiao Monastery has become a sacred place where Buddhist followers longing for.  [Translator: Wang Xinyu]
