He comes to worship the founder of Buddhism every year.</SPAN></P>

<P class=MsoNormal style="MARGIN: 0cm 0cm 0pt"><SPAN lang=EN-US>Born on February 13, <st1:chmetcnv w:st="on" TCSC="0" NumberType="1" Negative="False" HasSpace="True" SourceValue="1990" UnitName="in">1990 in</st1:chmetcnv> Lhari <st1:PlaceType w:st="on">county</st1:PlaceType> of <st1:PlaceName w:st="on">Nagqu</st1:PlaceName> prefecture in northern <st1:country-region w:st="on"><st1:place w:st="on">Tibet</st1:place></st1:country-region>, Bainqen Erdini Qoigyijabu was approved by the central government in November 1995 as the reincarnation of the 10th Panchen Lama. He was enthroned as the 11th Panchen Lama on Dec. 8, 1995.</SPAN></P>
